Living Gratefully

What moments will you savor and embrace?
Ultimately, living gratefully is about more than simply appreciating what you have; it’s about delighting in the opportunity to give to others. True gratitude ignites compassion. When we understand that the ultimate goal of providence is happiness and unity with God, we realize that this kind of love wants to be shared. Living gratefully increases our awareness of the beauty and blessings that are constantly unfolding around us, and thus inspires us to share those blessings with others.

Healing Power of Soul Mechanisms

You are a Divine Soul having a human experience. Every Stress, every fear, every worry, ever conflict comes from the same source: we believe the “stories” from our mind about ourselves and each other. Our overstimulated mind has the capacity to override the direct experience to our soul, until you have the tools to remember. Learn powerful, divine, loving tools and processes to help you remember.

Practicing Forgiveness

Authentic forgiveness stems from a deep faith that we are enough, that love is abundant, and even though we have been wronged, we don’t have to spend our emotional energy trying to have that “debt” repaid. It takes practice to train our minds to learn to let go of what’s not important, so we can make room for what matters. Come together and focus on ways to learn to accept, forgive, and love one another.

Let’s build something together.
