If you have a curiosity and tendency toward dreams (nighttime, daytime or ANY time) this group is for you!

Join a safe, curious and generous group of dreamers to dabble & delve into how dreams enhance healing, creativity, self-expression, relationships, personal transformation and more. We will also tap into the power of coincidence, synchronicity and imagination in waking life – connecting the dots between multiple dimensions and realities to enhance the experience of your life.

Based on the work of prolific author and Active Dream Teacher, Robert Moss, over these 5 weeks, you will learn how an ongoing practice of Active Dreaming can help us all reach beyond self-limitation into a life of freedom and discovery.

Mindful Communication Challenge

Can we improve how we connect with each other, paying attention to how our words, tone and actions affect others? We will ask ourselves is what we are about to communicate true? Is it kind? Is it useful? Are you passionate about effective, kind and purposeful communication? Do you want to do it better? Do you want to change your world by changing the energy you communicate? How often do arguments or misunderstandings start because we hear what someone said, but not what they meant? Or to put it another way, how often do we graft our own feelings and interpretations onto what other people say, effectively deciding what they mean for them, and so failing to hear what they are actually trying to say?
During these five weeks you will be encouraged to pay extra attention to your words and their authenticity and kindness. Each week will address a specific communication challenge we all face. We will practice listening deeply and filtering our words.
